my dog died on the 17th of this month and he was only two and the love of my life and i was running with him the day before also was wondering if maybe he had the same and if you could tell me more about this i am soooo sorry

Not sure if I have the story exactly right.... But what I gather from a friend (who was quite upset about it)Utz was 9 years old and had cancer, apparently something ruptured and he was bleeding out. When they opened him up, it had metatasized....

Those symptoms sound like hemangiosarcoma. My 8 year old male German Shepherd had it and although we did surgery to save him, he died within 2 weeks. It is very aggressive blood cancer and can affect the spleen (typically) and other organs. Blood vessels rupture and the dog can bleed out internally.
