Can't upload picture or register dog - Page 1

Hello all, I have been trying to upload a picture of a dog on the database but it fails constantly. I have also tried to register a dog but the response is sire not found although the sire is already registered and a search pulls him up. Can anyone advise me.

sometimes I will only put the last or end name of the dog and then his name willcome up.... try that and see if it works,

Well I've been trying to update a photo for quite awhile now...and finally today I was able to do so...maybe you just need to try again...
