They breed 6 different kinds of mutts. Sounds like a puppy mill to me.

People choke when I tell hem I spent $1000 on a GSD pup and here we have $1000 mutts. I must live in the wrong area for selling dogs. Here you can have the best of any lines and still people don't want to pay more than $200 for a dog. I can't imagine trying to pawn off a bunch of ugly mutt pups, that wouldn't go for free at the Walmart parking lot, if you sat there all day.

If people have the right sales pitch and presentation they can sell just about anything.  You gotta love America.

That is just what we need is more mutts contributing to the population problem. And the disgusting part (other than them breeding these on purpose) is the price tag... I mean it's a MUTT! I am so sick of people paying top dollar for these "designer dogs" .... there is a woman near here selling "Morkies" (Maltese / Yorkshire Terrier X) for $1800.00 .... and another selling "Maltipoos" for $1500.00 ..... and our local pet store charges about $500 - $800 on top of that for the same mix. They had a Labradoodle puppy in there for $2100 just last week...

Sometimes I really hate living in America. There is so much Greed here.... and a lot of it at the expense of our companion animals.

Ugh! Ok, I am done venting for now..... sorry.

wow those same mixes are available in our local paper for $150 to $400 tops and take awhile to sell even at those prices. most people around here (minnesota) aren't willing to pay more than $300 for a dog. you should see the looks i get when i say i paid $1,500 for my gsd spunky. i tell them that's a very reasonable price for a yasko vom farbenspiel granddaughter and they look at me like i am nuts, lol.

I made a lady mad a month or so back..She was given my number by a vet , and she called me to ask me how to change the behaviour of her pup she bought at Canton, the big flea market in Texas...I almost choked when she told me she spent 1000.00 in vet bills because it had parvo....of course , it had parvo and a lots more..

I told her I knew nothing about German Shepherds sold in Canton...My advise to her was to take the pup back to the person she bought the pup from....get this...She didnt even know the name of the person that sold it to her.

She ask me why I couldnt help her... I told  her I was a German shepherd breeder not a seller of dogs by the pound!

She didnt quite understand and I told her to take the dog back and find a good breeder., but dont call me ...Im sure the vet will hear the other side of the story.. It wasnt my vet who recommended me.

ROTFLMAO! When I was a kid, my GSD dug under the neighbor's fence, and knocked up the AKC poodle that belonged to our stuck up legal assistant a$$h0le down the street; they gave the puppies and the poodle bitch to the pound...
