the dogs scorebook, then contact the
Association that issued the scorebook, tell them
you want to verify a title on a dog, give them
the dogs registered name as it appears in the
scorebook, as well as the date of the trial, and
judge's name and scores. They can confirm or
dispute.
If the breeder cannot produce a valid scorebook,
the title likely never happened

The suggestions here may work to a point, however, if the title has been bought or is crooked then it will tell you nothing.
I would suggest that if the kennel is near to you then go to see the dog and ask if you can see the dog work a little. If they go straight for the sleeve then say I would like to see the dog do a send away, a simple search, a recall and a down stay. If this meets with a refusal then your question is answered. If the dog is in another country ask if a video is available doing something other than bite.
I have lost count of the number of times that I have walked away over many years.

If it is a schtuzhund title she has record of it.
Mahon had this done to only find out the Sch3 title listed here on the database was fake on one of the dogs he was buying..
It IS THE only way to be positive.
I had the info but now do not know where I put it..I posted it last month on another thread
I am sure someone else has it. Sitasmom posted it also.
