Does anyone know what VV3 (IST) means in front of a dogs name?  Is it somekind of a show title? and from where. Thank you for your help.

V V3 is a Master Level of Czech Working Titles only given to 5-9 dogs a year.
similiar to Schutzhund 3 but more prestigious and given with much more evaluation and more demanding and lots of realistic enactment.

usually has a Z in front of it...International title.

I am sure gsdpack OR Daryl  will anwer

here is a thread on db

It could be a possiblility that it is a  Canadian  V  V3  working title in Show...

IST   I have not found yet...I went to another site of a member here
but International   Show Title    is still a puzzle.

Thanks YR.

It is unclear because it doesn't show the female is actually titled on the PDB. A friend of mine bought her and she was told it is something to do with show, but  doesn't have a working title.

Still waiting on her SV papers to get here. guess we'll see then.  I did a lot of searching and never found anything so guess we'll just have to be patient. http://www.pedigreedatabase.com/german_shepherd_dog/dog.html?id=638051&p=5-generation-pedigree

Thank you for your input. much appreciated!

 Hey there:

I went to Haus Pharoah and several even Arlett website

Then I looked at the pedigree.. it appears whoever owned the Frankengold dogs puts the suceeding titles in a row one behind the other

so that was the V3 first then the last show  INTERNATIONAL SHOW TITLE is what that has to stand for....

and the last title was finally V...and it is all showline..I noticed in some of my pedigrees where showlines are on one side, they list  the last title gotten V1 V4 right together..I pulled the sire of Abbys litter...TERRI  from Vom Vollkommen , and the grand sire has his listed like that..WHEN litters were bred he had V4, then when Abby was bred to last time it was VA I believe..so they are all listed together...on the pedigree header..

Note: I just pulled Janes pedigrees she sent me ions ago, and Bravos original  pedigree she has  under His mom Dam Dhorne du Cios dc Davoic under that name V3 INT> Seiger Show GERMAN, VA France, VA Switzerland  so that is what IST IS  ..INTERNATIONAL SHOW TITLE    JUST NOT WHERE ...WHICH YOU WILL FIND OUT WHEN YOU GET PAPERS....

I noticed a whole lot of dogs in all my pedigrees from My Zu to Dieter who had Janes dogs in his MOM as she was a Jada daughter.....and Bravos is Jane's dog  as it says USA...there was a Bravos  in the the German SteffenHaus kennel.

and I see old Uran, my Bears grand dad in this pedigree also...I went to the Arlett  GHANDI website..but cannot make heads or tales...and no title explanations..

I think whoever posted those titles  just lined them up..

The owner of frankengold had an extra title on Zico pedigree that was not right..SO the SV will send you the correct ones for sure.

ON SEVERAL  of the dogs in the pedigree of Bravos including him,  she abbreviated  like at the end of Bravos  he waw  the 1994 VIZe Jurendklasse Sieger, Bremen, Germany

abbreviating VJS  which is as listed above..

and Jada was LJS  (Landesgruppen Junghundsklasse Siergerin)   2 times and it lists the city and place attained..
Uran was  1984 and '85  IWS   (International World Seiger)

She lists VS as Vize Sieger on VA TEll so that showed me a lot of times they shorten the words of different titles in German...Her pedigrees always tell all the info you can even imagine

You made me do some digging didn't YOU>.lol

I love it  when I have time...
