I did not read the replies to your post, I know for a fact that one of the reasons is deficiency of calcium in her blood, there's a vet here who recommends giving calcium tablets till the dog stops eating poop, the maximum period a dog had to take calcium was 1 month till it stopped eating poop, he treated several cases this way.

Yes typically speaking half that statement may be true but there are three kinds of calcium and if you give humans or dogs the wrong kind of calcium ,it calcifies in the kidneys , gall bladder and you get stones..
SO with that said...most dog foods have the proper amount of calcium if you feed a nice medium price to reading labes dog food..In order to assure calcium is proper you may add Brewers yeast, canned salmon, sardines, yogurt, cottage cheese, and tofu to your dogs food , gradually.
Also the reason I said earlier that YOUR dogs digestion system is not DIGEsTING its food is just why there is no proper level of nutrients in the blood of dog
Reason for the Probiotics to get dog into the proper colon and intestine percentage of good and bad biotics..or BACTERIA..THE GOOD bacteria is low in any dog with problems in digestion in intestine.
For some reason they get out of wack and the dog feels it and eats POOP , and GRASS>
Please make sure you get the right calcium for the blood, one for the bones and one for metabolism, and also you must have Vit C natural kind, to help absorb the Calcium along with magnesium. If it is not absorbed it will go right out of body..Daily sunshine for 15mins is a must also for extra absorption and Vit D to do its job.. Just adding calcium is not suggested alone.
There are three kinds of calcium and the stores usually do not carry but two kinds..Drs. have to prescribe you the one calcium that is made up of proper digestion for your blood.
Calcium citrate, calcium carbonate, and caselnate(from milk) gluconate sulfate and lactate..
Make sure there is no salt, no sugar no starch, no yeast , no corn,no wheat, soy , or preservative in any supplement you give your DOG> or you as a matter of fact..
I am taking that calcium my self because of my 4 broken ribs and spine crack..I had to order it thru my Chiropracter from Dallas...with his call in.
Adding calcium to a dogs diet can be harmful if not done correctly.. Best way is to feed food with calcium in it..
research the calcium kinds before you give your dog any calcium suppliments

My old vet told us dogs eat their poop when there remains undigested food in the poop. When I used to use Purina puppy chow, I had several that ate it. I'm wondering if that might be what you have here. Does she devour her food? Possible that since she is a very active working dog, as are your others, maybe the food goes through before getting totally digested. just a thought!
