I went to a new vet yesterday for a litter of pup's to get their first wellness exzam and first shot's.
I was always given a 5 way shot at my regular vet and not lepto.
I did not notice this vet gave the lepto shot untill after I left and read the health record's.
I never even thought of telling this vet "no lepto" just asuming they all did not give this shot.
What could happin now? How big of an issue is this? Should I be worrying as much as I am.
What sign's do I look for?
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

If they were going to react they should have already.  I do not give it in the first shot but do in subsequent ones.  Having a family lose one of my puppies to Lepto I give the shot.  In many areas Lepto is making a big come back.

I agree... if pups were going to show any reaction they probably would of shown signs by now.
Here are two sites for more info on Lepto.

I think the pups would have a reaction within 24 hours if they were going to have one.

Personally I don't like the vaccine cocktail, it seems like a lot for a little body to handle.  I think its better if the vaccines can be done separately or at least in pairs but that might get expensive. I was lucky with one of my pups, the breeder was able to give individual vaccines at very little cost.

Vaccine reactions can occur many many months after the shot, as typically, they manifest in auto-immune disorders in animals who have reactions. Only acute issues like anaphalaxis would necessarily occur immediately as others have stated. You know, you're supposed to be able to sign a consent form for vaccines. You have a good reason to be pissed off if it was put in their without your knowledge, let alone consent.

I would NEVER give a lepto shot. It's not only utterly useless, but responsible for more reactions than most of the others.

Here is a letter from a vet touching on common vaccines and their shortcomings, in his eyes:

My dog got the first lepto vax without a problem, but three weeks later when she got the booster, she had a horrible reaction(although the vet refuses to lay the blame on the vax).Stopped eating and drinking, lost 10% of her body weight, wouldn't get up and could hardly stand for long lengths of time. It took $4000 and a week in the ER to get her back on her feet. Three weeks later and she is still underweight and easily tired.
