This is my dog Rock, he is 10 months old. Would you say he is a longcoat or stockcoat? Thanks!

Well, I wouldn't say long coat, but I am curious to know if his trousers and belly hair have been trimmed.

He has never been trimmed at all. I actually bought him thinking he was a longcoat but I've read so much about differing opinions about longcoats and stockcoats that I wanted to be sure...I've never trimmed him or cut his hair or anything like that.

Oh boy!.....maybe this one is a little more difficult......
Does Rock have ANY hair behind his ears??
Would it be at all possible to get a "front" view of his face?....something is whispering "long stock coat" in my ear......

maybe i shouldn't reply, because i like "coated dogs"...but i'd say coated stock coat also(at this point in time)but he's a nice looking dog to me.i guess it would matter if you were showing the dog(maybe not),but i can assure you that this pup had no say-so in the "coat issue",that was decided when sprem hit egg.i'm a little suprized to see the ears not up fully..but maybe he was having one of those "bad ear days"....if you like the pup, work him, show him, train him...and enjoy him...

as crhuerta said, if you want an honest evaluation, post an up close head shot.
Looks like he maybe has the ear fuzzies, but maybe not. This pic just doesen't give a very clear view.
Take a look at the bottom of his feet. Any hair pushing through here (between toes).

P.S., I looked at this pic with a mag. glass and still can't call it. I'm leaning to not a L/C.
