Here is something to think about!

Has anyone ever considered that the camera lense looks like a huge eye to the dog!  Eye contact or a cold stare to a puppy is intimidating!  I think some times that the dogs who are more sensitive to the body language of other dogs may not be comfortable with the camera lense staring at them.......what if they think it might challenge them????  Kind of sounds silly but I have wondered this for a long time.  Just a thought!

Well, Brittany, one can only hope that you keep reading and get yourself an education.

What you did was publicly post uninformed, malicious accusations against a breeder of whom you know nothing about.

Funny, I didn't see a thread posting a public apology (the same venue that you defamed in) to vomAlexander from you.

Then again, re-reading what you wrote:

If I wanted to apologize, Which I did by the way, I'll do it.

That alone makes it sound like you not only don't want to apologize, but also that you haven't gotten around to it yet despite your claim of, "Which I did by the way" tossed in between.

sueincc is correct.  You do owe them an apology...just as public an apology as your accusation was.

You were wrong.  Again.   You were called on it.  Again.

Even the most inexperienced photographer knows that photographing children and animals is a crap shoot at best and is most difficult to get a "good" shot of, much less a shot that you seem to be "demanding" as meeting your idea of the ideal  advertisement photo.

You didn't even mention that as a possibility for the picture that you misinterpreted in your initial post.

Well then, Vickie, the dog needs to be PTS.  If my dog is getting "eye-f#*ked", I want him to eat the photographer.  Especially if it is his handler!  I can't get enough handler aggression.

Which reminds me...I need to go pet my girl lovingly and clean those fingers of mine that I wasn't fast enough to keep out of her mouth.

She's very glad that "the quick and the dead" doesn't apply to her.  So am I.

I thought the pup looked like a total sweetheart.  So what the picture isn't exactly the greatest. As a buyer I would not base my sole decission on one picture anyways.  In fact that picture would probably be the very last thing I'd consider.  Show me he can work and he'd be mine.

What I find weird is how someone would look at a relatively innocuous picture of a dog, and then use their imagination to make a giant leap to the  conclusion that the dog is  abused and make wild accusations about it on a public forum.  What I'm not sure of  is whether coming back on the forum,  after every single person has shown you the error of your judgement , and trying to pass this off as somehow an example of your photo journalistic perfectionism is a result of a gigantic over-inflated ego or in actuality a cry for help.
