I have emailed the owners several times asking for pictures and never get a response.

Try writing a simple and personal letter and send it by regular post.
Not everybody is familiar with pc and e-mail. Some people have a webmaster to present their site, but he might come in only once a month?!
Try a phonecall.

You may have better luck contacting Her Wohlrab, he is the owner of Sarko, as well as Ursus Batu. Sarko lives with him as far as I'm aware, or he did earlier this year. Sorry, I don't have his website address, but sure you'll find it searching for Ursus. Good Luck.
