Het Falvavolgyi Kitti - 19 September 2004 - 04:09 Yes I brought this to attention when the picture was fist uploaded, the owner replied that he didn't know who posted that picture, but he/she would be putting up a new one. That was a week ago (9/18/04) Heather Add a comment Alexis Falvavolgyi Kitti - 18 September 2004 - 03:09 This is a photo of Wiso vom Landhaus Stephan. http://www.tezmaral.com/wiso.htm It's such a shame when people feel the need to post incorrect photos under a dogs name. ******************************************************* * *** *** *** *** *** *** *** *** * ******************************************************* Yes, this is correct! I am now the owner of this dog. No, I do NOT know who posted that picture. When it was brought to my attention on September 17th. I changed the picture to a head shot! YES on September 17th, the same day you posted her name on the messageboard about the incorrect photo. Today is the 20th. What school did you go to Heather that a week is 3 days! If before you bashed under the dogs comments, you took the time to go to photo uplaod. You would have seen this message: There is still a picture in the queue for this dog. Allow that picture to be validated before submitting a new one. So get a job or a hobby instead of ATTACKING PEOPLE YOU DON'T KNOW! Alexis-Yes I agree with you, It's such a shame when people feel the need to post incorrect photos under a dogs name. It's also a shame that people post rude comments under the dog's picture/pedigree! If you have a problem or question that what a "Messageboard" is for!

I wasn't bashing you I was letting Alexis know that you were putting up a new picture, so that it didn't get into a bigger thing than it was. I didn't relize that I typed weeks I ment days. SORRY Heather

I think that you have gotten very upset for no reason If you read my comment again how do you get that I am bashing you?? Heather

by Het on 20 September 2004 - 19:09

Also if I was going through reading comments on dogs and saw this post I wouldn't think bad of the owner of the dog, I too have had other people post pictures of my dogs without my knowing. So for you to start in on my education level because I didn't go back and count the days is being a little hateful. Heather

I'm not being hateful and please don't take it that way. I just feel the comments area is not where you post things like this. When the new picture does come up, anyone who then reads the comments is going to think that picture posted is not the correct picture! Her name is not very common so I do not know why someone would choose her to post an incorrect picture. I agree it was wrong and very confusing.

Everyone on this board knows it can take weeks to get a added photo updated!! Shame this had to be put in the dogs comments. A lot of the time the owners of the dogs do not even know a picture has been updated or added. I think we have all seen this happen way to many times. I can personally speak for K9CowGirl and say she just purchased this dog and recieved her 2-3 weeks ago. Wish we could get a modater back on this site to stay on top of this stuff for this site is a valuable tool for all of us!

by Het on 21 September 2004 - 00:09

Well all you will have to do is put under the comments when the new picture shows up that this is a new picture and is a picture of your dog as you are the owner and date it and that solves that issue. Heather

by Alexis on 21 September 2004 - 04:09

My apologies K9Cowgirl. I was in no way trying to imply that you, as the owner of this dog, posted an incorrect photo. I was just trying to point out that the photo was of a different dog. For others that have not seen this photo of Wiso, they may very well have thought this photo to be of this dog. Many dogs on this site have had incorrect photos loaded, and many other people have posted the correct information in the comments area of that dogs page, and sometimes add when the photo has been changed. I think that is acceptable. It seems to me that when those mistakes have been pointed out, the updates seemed quicker, but maybe that's just me. I'm sorry if I have offended you in any way. I look forward to seeing the new photo when it finally gets loaded. Alexis

I have to agree the comments is for comments on that dog and if the picture posted is the wrong picture then I don't see why it is wrong to post it under that dogs comments page. I think you were right Alexis to post this here. It is now up to the owner to post when the new picture is posted under the comments. Heather
