I have registered a dog but there is an error--her sire is the wrong dog on the registration. The dog listed is actually a dog I bred her with. I am not sure how I made this error and did not notice before submitting. I have written to Oli by email and tried to correct the error on the pedigree but can change nothing. I am afraid the owner of the wrong sire and the owner of the correct sire will both be offended if I cannot get this mistake corrected, but nothing seems to work. Are there any adminstrators out there with the correct authorities to change a dog's registration? Please contact me by email privately if you can do this. I am very anxious to have this corrected.

It is actually easy. Just go to the dogs page and click on the ped. update that is adjacent to the comments link. It will give you the form again and you can add or edit whatever info you want, including the dam and sire. It takes a while for the update to take affect (a few days at most to verify the information) but it does work.

I have tried to update the information on my female on the pedigree site about 4 times over the past 3 weeks. I sent an email to Disa who answered on this board. Still nothing changes. Soon my female will have puppies by the dog that is listed on the pedigree as her father! I'm at my wits end to try to get this corrected. I hope I don't have to live with this error and answer to the breeder and owner of the sire, particularly in a legal sense about false advertising. Isn't there anyone who can change this information? Very upsetting.

What is the name of your dog and also what is the information you need changed? I will try, either email me or just post it here.
