Rumo, what you think? - Page 1

Posting these pictures on behalf of Ali, what do you think of Rumo ? Conformation critiques are also welcome.

Ok, I do know one thing..... He's GORGEOUS!
As far as a critique: he is over stretched in his stack which, to me, gives him the appearance of being long.  A little East/West in the front.  I love his color/pigmentation.  Deep red eyes, nice ear size and set, though a bit pointy.  I've never been too good at eye'ing the croup, though it appears nice to me.  Over all, I think he is very nicely put together.
He still looks young.  What is his age and pedigree.
I do think he is breath-taking.

Rumo is mine, but Ibrahim kindly posted the pics for me because I cannot figure out how to do it myself. Pathetic, I know. I am still terrible at stacking him for some reason. I always feel like I did it right when I'm in the field but then when I come inside and look at the pictures, I realize it looks bad yet again. I wish I had someone who could show me in person how to do a proper stack!

Anyway, he is now 26 months old, and his pedigree is available on this site somewhere under Rumo C. of Kreative. Not sure what he weighs but I would guess that he is done growing and that he weighs somewhere around 85.

Ali, you have one VERY nice looking dog!  Congrats!

I commented on the other thread in conformation too, but had to say it again.  Gorgeous dog!

Well, if you stacked him with no help, you did an awesome job!  Even if you did have help, he is still stacked much better than most.  Better than I could stack Dugan, that's for sure. LOL  As you can see from my profile photo, I'm extremely bias of our sables.  And our's look similar.
26 months....aww, still a baby. :-)  Still lots of room to mature.  Keep his photo updated, he sure if handsome!

That tongue! Actually him and Cam do carry a common dog in the first 3 generations. It is Zamba Policia. Which is actually the dam of the dog I figured out passed down the tongue gene to Cam. This is a son of hers...Narys Policia. He is Cams grandsire...notice the tongue!

Ali...Very nice looking dog...He's a cross of West German and Czech Lines...and He has beautiful coloring getting it not only from the Czech lines but also from the Nick lines...
The picture on his pedigree seems to maybe done a bit ago...Looks like you've been doing some home cooking for the boy...

Wait a minute...so does he actually have an abnormally long tongue? People always comment on his tongue in person, but I just thought it was more exaggerated when he's panting heavily. Too funny! I had no idea it was actually an extra long tongue.

The picture on his pedigree was taken when he was 12 or 14 months old, so he has filled out a lot since then. Lots of homecooking! Unfortunately we don't work him. I'd love to though, but there doesn't seem to be much going on in our area. Or at least I haven't found anything. He has ridiculous ball drive though.
