The negative side sounds exactly what the problem is in the UK and which is rife in the SV.
So what exactly is your purpose in bringing this to the fore now? It was written 5 years ago, and still judges do not judge to the standard in the GSD.
It is a very good article, lets hope the KC follow through with the courage of their convictions and ensure that judging of GSDs (and all other breeds) is suitably rigorous in future.
With the upheaval going on in the world of GSDs, this is desperately needed to get the show world back on track.
