Another useful article about German Shepherd Ears....

I have a male puppy born in February this year, He had one soft ear which only stood up 5 days ago. He has many Va's in his pedigree, I spoke to the breeder several times in the last two months, his siblings ears all stood up much earlier at the age of 3 months. I was so afraid that his ear would never stand up, but my vet was sure it would. In the last month he only gave him 3 shots of multi vitamin (many of B vitamines in it), one shot every 3 days.
Finally his ear stood up perfectly 5 days ago and did not go down. If the base of the ear is ok there is a good chance it will eventually stand up. I only wanted to share my experience with you.

Our GSD's ears were up when we got her at 9 weeks and stayed that way aside from the occasional temporary flop here and there.  She was adamant about keeping them up and it was adorable.  They were up and squeezed together for months unless she was sleeping or very, very tired and they would tip outwards a bit.

I wouldn't worry at 3 months though; you've got time.

We lovingly referred to them at this age as "conehead" and "windshield wipers"

Dont worry until all of his teeth come out.  Mine took 8 months and a little help to stand all the way and now they look great.
