this is a discussion board , and if everybody agrees there wouldnot be any discussion , now would there?

daryll
your unbielievable knack maybe comes because your all show but no go , no breeding or trainingresults ,or any other experience ,only google ,  but yet your telling the world how it is
indeed in a couple of years we will see
still like to hear about the several breedings you did with these lines

KKR  if someone pushes a topic in a certain deriction , you can expect someone to respond to that
especially when that person is writing nonsense

but back to topic
what is your interest in these dogs and lines KKR , do you have dogs out of this line or intention to get into these lines

by KKR_Gsd02 on 02 December 2009 - 06:12

intention on possibly getting into the lines. didn't mean to offend anyone either, nor did i say daryl or duke argue ALL the time, but i get tired of everyone arguing about something that doesn't really matter.
everyone is entitled to your opinion, but some opinions are better left not in writing ! thus not causing an argument, and letting the thread '' run it's course '' in an informative manner.

4pack i don't care either way. most people around have more breeding knowledge than i, but it's those who are willing to share that knowledge that intrest me.

At least the argument in this thread is meaningful and of good benefit, let the valuable info and thoughts keep flowing and if I had the proper knowledge I would challenge Hans much harder and keep on hitting him to get more valuable insight out of him.

breeding knowledge is hard to pass on as every dog and every combination is  different , what do you look for in the pups , how do you select the one to keep for your breedingprogram  etc
two different choices over two generations will give you a total different dog

I breed and train with czech dogs
I visit czech on regular basis (firs time in 1989) , see alot of dogs in training and competition , and also outside of czech I see many czechdogs
last weekend I was training in czech , in two weeks I will be training in luxemburg with amigo zamat , and four offspring off a litter I bred with amigo zamat
so I can say I have a good picture of what is around

now if I look at the various dogs of jinopo today , even , coming from different bloodlines , they all have the same workingethics , they are like a bottle of schampagne popping the cork , maybe not for high points in trails but explosive workers
the male Im training right now is like this also  , and someone put it very well once

if your training with a dog like this , your heart is smiling

about carly
pedigreewise from fatherside ,
kennel Equidius is breeding very strong dogs at the moment with west/east combinations ,many examples of very good dogs from them
normally these east west crosses can be used very well to breed back to czech lines , but also to west lines , the generation after that will be a bit more difficult

now if you look a few generations back in the pedigree of  hanibal equidius you will see that every line goes back to strong well producing dogs , like robby glockeneck , old tiekerhook lines , gunda schieferschloss has a pedigree to die for
the aly/troll line -- bob kostoleanskej cesty
and last but not least car pod molnosskou banou , who is also the sire of cordon and cent ansat  who both produced great dogs

mothersside of carly comes from two linebred parents  , from which I think faro is an interesting dog/pedigree , but personally I dont know many dogs out of these lines

A bitch I expect very good offspring in the future is  Gina jipo-me
very powerfull driven bitch with strong pedigree
odeta z danaru
dargo/grim
ossi/gero

I am very curious what male will be used with Gina
Hans what are your thoughts on who to breed this bitch to

Carly Policia-Slovakia & Fiba Policia-Slovakia, 3-3 Faro Policia, due to be birthed yesterday December 1st.

This is what I find a fascinating matchup of Type; social character combined with powerful presence, powerful structure backed with athletic drives, and natural desire to work for the handler.

Maybe we all should sit one day by the computer when Jiri gets here and answer questions?
Jiri is hard to crack so. He does not like to reveal his breeding  intenetions easily. I have my opinions. And he has his. Sometimes not the same thing. He goes a lot of by gutt feeling and I have to say that he is usually right.  And what ever system and logic he has  he gives short answers.
But I may try to set it up.

Thank you Hans, that would be great. AZ is not that far from CA. Tell him I could come harass him in person. Possibly kidnap him, if I find your place. LOL No need to know the mans secrets but I'd like to know more about his current dogs and what breeding would be best suited for me and my needs.

Thanks Prager, any kind of info from him would be much appreciated. Some of us are actually not that interested in a breeding but learning the bloodlines to understand the dogs that we own or want to own in the future. Like you pointed out in your other post there is too many breeders that claim that they breed "old proven Czech lines" while they don't know anything about the lines. So the more we learn from you or Jiri makes our more informative decision makers and protects us from making stupid mistakes, based on false accounts. Once again thanks a lot for your info.

by gsdk9va on 04 December 2009 - 18:12

Prager, I agree with snaiper69 100%. I can understand Jiri's hesitance to give away the "secret ingredients" behind his breeding decisions...I'm with snaiper, we don't want to know his secrets or yours....just more information on the line to better " understand the dogs that we own or want to own in the future" and "the more we learn from you or Jiri makes our more informative decision makers." Some mystique about the famous Jinopo Kennel is good for business, but so is all the info you and others provide about "Real" Czech dogs. Thanks again for all the information you share and this is an example of a great and informative thread...also good for business:)

I also thank darylehret for his respectful and non-confrontational challenges. It's all food for thought, and I for one, appreciate the way you do it.
Just my two cents. Have a nice day.

We are thinking about seminar here on genetics in general and genetic of your dog and some training. Problem solving.  I am not too good on organizing events. But small amount of people would be fun . May be free exchange of ideas. And bring your dog so we can see what we have produced. Kind of home coming.  Weather is better here in AZ then in most parts of USA. What would you guys like to hear, see, know.

I think anybody who got to read threat this far can give me an input.
