Fawndallas was supposed to pick him up Saturday...haven't heard yet....BUMP...

Sorry, things got busy. After working with the shelter and Marjori and a rescue place, we are holding off on pick up. The dog does not go on the urgent list until 9/8, so we have sometime to allow for someone to make him their forever dog. -------------- if the dog is still available on 9/3,we will arrange to pick up.

Oh, please go get him! Someone else can still get him from you. GSDs don't do well in shelters. It destroys their souls. If you have room for him, please go get him and hold him until someone can come get him from you. Please.

The problem is, which all of us invovled discussed, is that the rescue that is taking him is in Pa. He is in TX! If he could be adopted locally,he wouldnt have to go on a long transport where he will be handed off many times. It would be better for him to be adopted locally, where he could have immediate stability, rather than constantly being on the move until he finally reaches his rescuers. He has been tagged, so he will not be put down. Fawn has been truly a God send in this effort!

Hooray!!!!! Awesome news!!!! Blaine found his forever home in Texas!!!! He is safe! Thank you all so much for pulling for this guy and Fawn, u r a very special person! Your generous offer to foster blaine was amazing! Good karma will be coming your way:) u have a beautiful heart!!!:)
