V L Amour is V L A. so I am not really sure what the point of your post is Oregontnt2007.  Like I said it just keeps building and building in Jerry's favor.  Looks like he sold Vicki exactly what she asked for.  The fact that she didnt want Hannibal once he arrived in the States is not Jerry's fault at all.  He was a middle man who imported a dog for a client.  No idea about the hip .  I can only go by the timestamped video provided by Jerry.  The dog looks like a nice working male in the video.  I'm guessing she has not dealt with this type of dog before.  Anyhow this is my last post on the subject as it is a he said she said.  The only proof we have seen is the video.  There is so much more to this story. VLA PMed me privately and asked if I was interested in Hannibal.  I declined as I only pay up to 2500 for a green import.  Even that is high to me.

This may sound like a broken record at this point but why not take the dog back Jerry lee? Yes you are the middleman it sounds like but if this dog were so great, then he could have easily been sold with the good hips you state he had. And sorry but most of us who have been in the dog world for any length of time knows by talking to to someone whether they have the foresight to take on a dog of this caliber and provide the right home. Since when is it so wrong to tell someone that they just don't have the knowledge to keep this dog happy. What has happened to "the best interest of the dog"?

The bottom line here is $$$$$$$ and Imo Mr Lee you failed the dog because the money was more important. It hit home when you stated you had no idea where the dog was. Had you taken the dog back whether you wanted to or not, this entire thread would be mute. Pointing the finger makes you look bad Imo. We all have had to eat shit to keep the peace.  How many clients will you loose over it?

Perhaps we all need to be reminded that when we deal with middlemen we don't always get what we pay for.

What is the "oops..." for, desertstorm? Signed into the wrong account by accident?
I have to say, you and your spouse "oregontnt2007" are so much alike in many things, it is truly amazing. Same comments, punctuation, use of grammar!

Sorry to hear of your bum deal Jerry. If your choice of GSDs are anything like your choice of Mals, clearly this GSD was too much dog for the buyer. Im in PA and spoke with you months ago over the phone about a pup outta Kelly, ATims granddaughter. I have a daughter of ATim. FYI this thread doesnt sway my opinion. You have a good eye for great dogs and I enjoyed our conversation. Its nice to know theres a Kennel close to me who has the kind of dog I like. Melissa.
