The 72 Sieger, Marko v Cellerland.

Katrinka von der Netten Ecke, the 72 Siegerin. My, has time ever changed the GSD!!!

Nice choices, Blitzen. Nothing over extreme in those two dogs. Now if only people would orient to this style of gsd, maybe things will come to full circle in another forty or fifty years. :)

Thanks, Joanro. I like a GSD that looks like he is actually agile and sound enough to tend a flock and bring down the bad guy. I think if it were only about conformation, we could be back to the future in 3, 4 generations. Factor in performance and that adds a lot more years to the timeframe. Forty years? I suspect you are right.

OK. So far so good. People getting allong and all is nice and fuzzy sweet. (I stand corrected lol "stuff" is starting to fly as I was making this. Perfect time for this test.) I see some prodding statements but no one is starting a fire lol. (yes they are)
So here's a test. For those who like my favorites both working and show, shhhhh for this test. You most likely will recognize the dogs. The premise of the test is to comment on the following dogs, tell me what you like, what you dont, based strictly on the photos. Go into detail about hating the sloping back. Comment on how much you love the ones that have what you think is correct. After we stir up the pot I will post some interesting information about these dogs. Dont try and view properties and cheat, I uploaded them ;)
Here we go.

Aw geez, are we going to be making any of these dogs' owners feel badly if all remarks aren't positive?

by live4schutzhund on 01 April 2012 - 15:04
I doubt they look at this forum. I cant tell you why they wont care without ruining the test. Stop cheating.

Ok, Live4, nice project. But I'd like to make a suggestion. Since there are thirteen pics and one has to scroll up or down to compare, plus there is no way to reference them, how about putting them in pairs: list them something like one A, one B and so on? that would make a lot easier to know which dog every one is commenting on with out going through as much work as you have :)
Thanks.
