We have nice police; I think it also helps that we are neighbors with the firechief.

Abuse I won't wait for authorities..I rescued my own puppy I sold to a scum bag in another town and discovered her tied to a pole in weeds and saw a man beat her with a tire tub folded in half,. He called it...getting her to bite...at 9 months old...NO way Josea...I went in 4 days later and the german shepherd was back home and in safe domain . It took a friend trainer 3 weeks to calm her and soothe her back to trusting a man walking up to her...
Never heard a word from the 70 yrs old scum bag who lied to me in the first place about having a fenced yard with kennel..

Put an ad in the local paper , call the news station, animal control ! The time for niceties is over put your foot on the gas . If you are right , and you know your right. He will take the dog to the shelter , you can get it there , call the Gsd Rescue in your town or state ask them for help!

Eh... So let me get this straight. This is second hand information, basically hearsay? Are you going to sue them too? In a previous thread GSD newbie provided their opinion to you (I didn't take it at all that they were being insensitive) and you quickly were offended. You spoke about having prior lawsuits on some very odd and off the wall situations. Maybe it's best to get the "facts" first before saying he possibly beats his wife and kid. This reminds me of whisper down the lane... This is my opinion and I think maybe it's best to let AC handle it, especially if you are not seeing for yourself what is going on.

Templars, if you have nothing nice to say, say nothing! You do yourself no favors by acting snippy.
NO, this is not hearsay! The email was sent to me from a mutual friend of the person witnessing the abuse, and the email to her was from the witness.
My lawsuit against my neighbors was a necessity, for the safety of myself and my family were at stake. Some very bad things were done to us, all because we tried to help a dog. We tried arbitration with them but they defied all instructions given to them by the arbitrator. The arbitrator was the one who suggested we go to court, as he felt they were escalating. You would have done the same if it was YOUR family or YOUR safety. The proof was there, which is why they settled, out of court, and moved.
I dont know why you feel the need to be judge and jury, here, when you dont even know me, and I dont know you. Frankly, I dont care to know you, to be honest...Is someone forcing you to read my posts? If not, dont read them! If they are, well maybe you should just sue them ;)

THey Marg, great to see you back doing what you love to do, helping the breed, one dog, one day at a time!
Just ignore those with nothing nice to say, obviously people with empty lives that would just love to take the good someone does, and turn it into something negative.
Just for the record, I have spoke with Marjorie on the phone, her selflessness with regards to the breed is to be commended, not ridiculed.
She spends more time and money doing good for those that need her help, than most EVER will.
I for one, totally appreciate your efforts,
