Good luck in your training......Establishing a new club takes time........ People come. people go.  Some will come with dogs that might not be the top dog in the sport - but they all can find there place.   Out of the 10 visitors than come - maybe only one has the drive that it takes to stay and train in schutzhund.  But welcome them all - let then be part .  ..When they vanish.....Move on to the next..........

Makes sure if the Alpha dog trainer comes a knocking on your club door - make sure he/she isnt something that will drive members away.

My personal note - if it isnt fun - why do it?

That is what it takes to have a successful club.

My opinion of course.

Yogi, wise words.

Our club is for all people who want to come together and train their dogs.
Everyone has different goals.

Home, AKC, IPO obedience.......Rally, Agility, Schutzhund.........IPO, SV conformaiton, AKC/UKC conformaiton

It doesn't matter, we're all there to enjoy each other's company and to train dogs.

Interested in getting titles or just want to learn to better train their pets.

We keep it fun and once the dogs are put up........the grill is on and the cooler is open!
