Guy, Hallmark-k9, Jim Hall, is a very good place to buy equipment. Jim is very prompt in shipping and prices are fair and quality is good. One of my puppy buyers in Washington state bought an agitation harness from him on my recommendation. He is very satisfied with quality and service.

Hallmark K9 is excellent, Jim Hill is a great guy to deal with.  That is where I purchase my equipment.

Thanks, I'll look into the others you guys mentioned.  And slamdunc, this is just for one dog, and he's 10 months old so he won't be using it for so long that it matters.  Same with the other stuff I ordered, it's just for him so it should be ok.

Sorry to say you will probably have to wait for your order.  Company is from Israel. Most of their items are made in the Ukrane and where they ship most of their items from.Heard they have a small
little office/store front where you can pick up small items, small collars and such.  Never pay for the air shipping you are going to have to wait regardless.

I have ordered from them around 3 times or so and every single time, the items arrived with no issues whatsoever.  Exactly as described.   Significantly cheaper prices than advertised elsewhere too and hence they get my vote.

To my surprise (this means it was not even being sent or thought about being sent yet) after sending multiple emails at one time.....they refunded every bit of it back to my paypal. So that's good they were willing to do so.  I'm glad some of you guys had good dealings with them, I just would rather not take the chance on all of that after seeing so many poor reviews.

Question to you guys though, it says that he refunded it, even on my paypal (both email that came from paypal, and when I logged in to it itself), but it still doesn't show the ammount he refunded in my paypal balance itself. Any ideas why?

I got the nicest harness from them, but then they seemed to change, I wont use them again either  Gonna go look at the Canadian one that was listed, Jim Hill was a bad experience for me, wont use Hallmark again either.

If you paid by card, then I would check your card if the refund came through.
