As far as I know he and his family are Chinese but he was born in the Netherlands. He lives in Holland but obvioulsy has a huge link to his heritage !
I did mate a bitch to Inox a few years ago, but she was empty, but as far as I know they still competes in KNPV, but not 100% sure....they are still breeding dogs so still going strong. But like all kennels, if you can get your own fame by breeding and traing your own and reach dizzy heights then great, but who purchases your pups is just as important.
I am sure if the top 10 Schutzhund handlers and top 10 KNPV handlers bought a pup from me over the next 1-2 years, my kennel name would be well known and business would be good....
Take care

It is nice to see a GSD at the Nationals....I just wish a few more people in the KNPV program prefered GSD's !
I know they have a GSD competition each year. but it would be nice to see a few more.....

Would anybody know of any other GSD that dominates the KNPV sport.
People liked Ibor von Blitse Dune, Inox vom haus Ming and Gideon Gardefense, but I am trying to find out what GSD's had reached the Nationals in PH1 or PH2?
Obviously there are few that get titled and do very well.....but in the last 5 years what other GSD had reached the Nationals??

Nothing really jumps out at me Mark.
I do remember Senna Kuesthoeve/Marion Sallert/PHV de Trouwe Herder went to the Championship in 2000 for Obj.
She is interesting person and I would like to meet her.
rare to see a women as president of a club and havig trained so many dogs already.
She also put a PH on Xhantippe and a Valkenplatz dog since then. She now breeds and trains Malinois.
That club seems to train more than their share of DH's.
I am old enough to remember seeing more Bouviers thans DH's in the KNPV tho...

Xhantippe and a few other Valkenplatz bitches are great fountation bitches for the GSD.....if people talked about bitches like they do studs, they should be in most people top 5 !
The highlighted bitches used for the Brandevoort Kennels are great foundations and so much more important than the studs....
Thats what I like about the Brandevoort Kennels, very small kennels but a lot of years of research, expereince and training to get excellent dogs for the sport.
When Frank Stommels got Ouchie von der Schiffslache KNPV PH2 and Gypsy von der Schiffslache KNPV PH1 as pups, he trained them and they became great bitches for him, the sport, and they have produced some great dogs for the Brandevoort Kennels since 2005.
If you notice the dogs in KNPV reach a very good standard with high scores and acheive Met lof, and all the dogs competing in IPO all have high 90's in Protection and tracking.....very tough breeding!
Alpha van Brandevoort KNPV PH1
Arak van Brandevoort IPO3
Bartje van Brandevoort KNPV PH1
Bernd van Brandevoort IPO1
Bart van Brandevoort KNPV PH1
Badu van Brandevoort IPO3
Caro van Brandevoort KNPV PH2
Dolfo van Brandevoort KNPV PH1
Dargo van Brandevoort IPO1
Edo van Brandevoort KNPV PH1
Gandalf van Brandevoort KNPV (in training)
Studs used at Brandevoort Kennels: All very tough dogs showing awesome courage......
Jago von Gillrather Hoff KNPV PH1
Ibor von Biltse Dune KNPV PH2
Jucan von Peroh SCH3
Eliot von Prevent SCH3
Dargo van het Grootwezenland SCH3
Leon von der Staatsmacnt SCH3
Lubeck von der Mahler-Meister KNPV PH1
The Valkenplatz kennels are just the same, awesome bitches and carefully selected studs......
