Hi Lexey
I am a newbie also - like you i had a gsd when I was younger but that was some time ago lol!
just to let you know - our pup has had an upset tum caused by giardia - we were advised to worm with panacur as this kills giardia protozoa also - I got lots of great advice from my vet and also others on this site - maybe it would be worth worming with panacur when she is next due??
I agree with Debisue - do post some puppy piccies - can never have too many!
...mobjack....thank you - he sure is fluffy - can't stop cuddling him!

i wouldn't even bother with fecal studies, I would just worm her with Panacur for 3-5 days consequetively. That will take care of worms, coccidia, giardia, whip included. Gets all but tape worms. Panacur is a liquid horse wormer so don't overdose her/him. It is safe for dogs though and effective. Repeat in 2-3 weeks. That should take care of it.

I'm not sure panacur kills coccidia it is certainly not the drug of choice ? you need baycox or marquis for that, but I would do the snap test for giardia if that is suspected

Get rid of Royal Canin and your problems will be solved more than likely.
