"AND STILL NO ONE HAS BOTHERED TO TELL ME IF THE DOGS ON THE VIDEO PASSED OR FAILED?"

First dog in the video passed his second chance with a different helper, after the first helper blew the catch and then turned around and clouted the dog with the stick while not engaged (which is what the crowd was reacting to - they were jeering the helper, not cheering).  The dogs at 6:00 and 9:00 both received T3 or "insufficient" ratings and were disqualified from the show.

This information can be readily discovered by googling the results of the show and looking up the dog's number (worn by the handler).

Thank you Donald for the info

Jeff, and you gave me such GREAT advice in that thread, too!

"Just shove his nose in it, and beat the crap out of him'!

You may say you don't get pissy, but you sure talk the piss sometimes!

Donald,

Thanks for the "rest of the story" because the goal of the thread is to lead one to assume those dogs passed  One who breeds untitled dogs, must discredit the institution that sets and monitors the system.

This thread has been a "nice" thread but the attempted message is still the same.

Well, maybe they didn't pass the courage test at the Sieger Show, but their performance there still begs the question of how they previously managed to earn Schutzhund III titles and pass Koer evaluations.

and thank you Donald (and Kelly) for seeing these dogs as German Shepherds and not making excuses for them because they are show lines.

I'll never understand why people make excuses for them just because they  have one.  I never take it personally when someone criticizes a WL or a  DDR dog.  Why would I?  We all know poor examples exist and if we truly care about the breed we should be willing to address the issues and try to fix them.

Burying our head in the sand or getting pissy isn't going to change anything.

This again..really guys? The forums go through this same fight at least once every few months. If the WL people have problems with the SL dogs, so be it. And vice versa. Time and time again, people destroy the threads through directing passion unto their reply. How about instead of directing passion through replies, you direct your passion into your dogs -  the WL people show the SL people what they are missing out on the field. No one is going to be changing their minds anytime soon through an argument. We're in this sport because similar to our dogs, we feel this insatiable need to protect what is ours (whether it be SL or WL). We're all mule headed and have our minds made up for the most part (unless something traumatic - SL dog performing to WL standards - were to occur). The argument on this thread is genuinely pointless..

"The argument on this thread is genuinely pointless.."

Maybe to you, but I doubt Ruger1 would characterize it that way.

I think every person can speak for themselves, Donald. You need not do it for them. If Ruger1 believes otherwise, they can say so.
