Regardless, of how this situation turns out, Sasa has proven to be a very unreliable person who can't be trusted. The fact that he continues to make promises only to break them later tells me that he knows Rebbecca has a legitimate complaint. Otherwise he would have made it clear to everyone by now that he has no liability and owes her nothing. Instead he makes promises after promises to do the right thing then turns around and fails to do so.
This should serve as a warning to those considering doing business with him.
As the old saying goes, "Buyer beware."
