I agree that I have found within the USA the FBI is most helpful and professional. I did not have a scam issue within the USA but rather a stalker. Just internet search the FBI office that is assigned to internet and or sales frauds, they have all kinds of smaller task assigned offices that help with issues you just have to find the one for your needs like I did. Wish I was able to recoup money sent for scam deal in another country years ago, but no one to go after they used a reputable breeders name and a email that looked like the real deal but was off one letter and I did not notice, have to really be careful out there.
