Entry Numbers for the GSDCA-WDA NASS Sieger Show - Page 1

The extended entry time for the NASS expired yesterday afternoon, does anyone know what the real and final numbers are?  I hope they have a respectable entry.

I am still wondering. I checked the main website as well as the website for the WDA NASS. No mention of any entry numbers appears on either.

Entry numbers have not been made public for as long as I've been a member.
The catilog is usually posted just a few days before the event, just as with the SV.

Not sure how long you've been a member but when Cindy ran it, the entries were posted pretty much as they came in.  I can absolutely assure you that was the case in both 2010 and 2011.

Since I built the website for the 2005 NASS I can assure you that the count automatically updated everytime an online entry came in and was added to the database.  If entries came in by mail, I added them to the database and the count updated automatically.

It was a nice feature because it was located right at the top of the home page of the website. Caused excitement as people saw the entry count build..

That is how I remember it too.  I think most people will tell you that a significant number of things were different when Cindy ran things.

I don't remember the count displayed on the website but I just may not have attention to that feature.  I do think it would be great to have that for all the Sieger Shows.

Has anyone heard how many entries The NASS has yet?

Just heard from someone at NASS that competitors do not have catalogs yet.  Sign-in was yesterday from 5-7PM and today from 2-7:20PM.  Breed Surveys were done today but the competitors do not yet have their catalogs.........

Nothing today on the site either....

I just checked and the Puppy Classes are posted on the NASS Website.  The total number in the puppy classes was 60 with 2 pulled (58 competing).  The quality of the puppies must be very good because all competing were awarded "Very Promising".
