Hello, can someone please tell me how to report someone that registered my dog under his name here on pedigree database?
I talked to the person and he doesn’t want too remove my dog when I am the owner.

Contact the Admins through the Personal Messages system - "InBox" Button, top right, then address your PM to: GSD Heritage - and provide dogs full name and Registration details, and they will let you know what you can do. Also recommend you go to "Forum List" on the left of the page, and then to "Tutorials" - loads of stuff there about how it all works.

Casa de Maximos I will answer your PM you sent me. The PDB members that enters a dogs might not be the real owner of the dog but they become the created owner on the PDB. Dogs can be sold and another member becomes the real owner of the dog. The member that entered your dog followed all the PDB rules of entering breed book and registration number.

Jenni78, I sent member Casa de Maximos a PM yesterday so doubt this member does not understand this now.
This all is clear in the link below.

PDB does not keep track of the ownership of a dog so please do not send the admins messages about changes like this. PDB keeps track of the CREATOR of a dog (who has edit rights to make changes/additions to that dog). If the dog does change owner and the new owner wishes to add data/pictures then that member must ask for edit rights for the dog. When asking for edit rights, you must explain why you want them.
The Creator of a dog does not change in PDB, unless for some reason the Admin have to take control, but this is very rare.

I did that with a few dogs I imported from Europe. Not a big deal.
I also have created pedigrees for dogs in one of my dog's pedigrees that were not listed.
The more compete and correct the record, the better it is for all.
