In your post, you indicated Milwaukee, WI.

Check with your local PetSmart, PetCo, and PetSupplies Plus. These chains offer in-store training (in some of their stores) for pet owners that sound a lot like what you're interested in doing. Without experience and training/certifications from elsewhere, you would have to go to one of their schools to learn to be a trainer to do this. A trainer in one of the stores can tell you what's involved and tell you who to contact.

There may be boarding or doggie daycare places in your area that offer training. Some might offer training to be a trainer, or might tell you which program(s) and certification(s) they (may) accept/require for their trainer(s).

If you don't have a lot of experience with animals, and/or have problems finding desired training/employment, you might consider volunteering with a shelter. This will provided needed help for animals, give you some experience, and (maybe) give you a contact or two that could help you find your desired training and employment.

Good luck!
