Jenni78, due to the nature of the pictures, being an active situation, and the source of the pictures wanting to remain anonymous, I cannot disclose that information unfortunately. The proper authorities have been notified in effort to save these puppies and improve the situations for the dogs and puppies. Do know that there are prior investigations through the county and the state that can be released now via FOIA however.

Not what I meant. Of course I don't want a name. Let me rephrase.

My question is how are those who are skeptical that MW has done anything wrong going to "know" that the photos are not an attempt to frame MW? I'm not insinuating this- I am just asking, as those who do not live in the area (I do live in the area) might find it hard to believe of such a famous GSD breeder.

There will be a public report that will be available for anyone who wants access to the report once it is closed. The report will come straight from Illinois Department of Ag. The pictures are not to frame anyone, but to give public notice of what is going on in the walls of the kennel for the safety of others and their dogs. Those who do not know of the parvo outbreak and plan to visit, should reschedule their visit. As far as I know, they are not making anyone aware of the illiness. I can post more pictures if need be. When it was mentioned that some of the dogs were not properly cared for--some dogs were kept in crates to live in and not let out appropriately, ending up with their own feces and urine all over them--daily. 14-15 dogs are kept in kennels with no access to the indoors and no water--see pictures for frozen water. The only shelter they have is a torn, makeshift, tarp and a flimsy igloo. Julie and Grant do not show these areas to the public and only show them what they want them to see. There was no proper sanitation or isolation procedures for the parvo puppies. The young puppies who started showing signs of the symptoms were not treated with proper vet care and were not taken into the vet. The vet had given them a list and instructions on what to do to treat them IN HOUSE. Therefore, many perished. It is still an active situation. Concern for the puppies on premises is high. As well as the well-being for the adult dogs. Investigation continues at state level. Those who need the report can contact the state and the county.

Again, cropped out the blank areas and enlarged the photo of the third document so it's easier to read.

I have been in contact with Julie . She explained the situation to me, and I have advised her to send copies of the letters from McHenry county animal control, the Dept of agriculture, the owners of the two puppies (who were imported and did test positive for Parvo were treated and recovered quickly) and their vets. According to Julie, the photos of the deceased puppies were not from her kennel.

Until then, I think that we need to wait for her to present her side of what happened, and stop speculating.

Oh I'm sure she'll have some explanation that's a pile of BS that she'll get people to believe. Just like years ago when she would falsify hip xrays of dogs by sending in a dog with good or excellent hips in place of the actual hips so they would get a good rating. Thank god OFA changed it's policy on submission but I'm sure she just started xraying the same dog in place of the dysplastic ones. I will have to see if my friend still has her proof of the xray scam that she went through with this woman and share it here

Again, this post is in no way to frame anyone but to inform the public. I am not a breeder or in competition with Julie or her dogs. I am a consumer, just like the majority. The pictures are in fact from her kennel and were taken in her kennel this past month and last month. I can provide litter information of who those puppies are from. Of course with that many loses, there is no way she will not to admit it or provide information to the public as it will ruin her reputation. Julie will try and provide any information to save her reputation. Again, those who are interested in the most important report- the state level IL Dept of Ag report- you can get that report for yourselves once it is closed. The state is in charge of this investigation as they are state licensed. The McHenry Animal Control is just the preliminary report and there were multiple reports due to multiple complaints. Due to the height and nature of the event, it had rose to state level. Please contact the IL department of Ag for yourself. Thank you

Then at least wait for her to present her side of the story before passing judgement. So far all we have is opinions (biased or not) and pictures that could have come from anywhere.
