Thanks I found the below website

http://www.asuperiorgsd.com/germantitles.html

SG-Sehr Gut-very good The SG rating is the highest offered in young dog competitions, 12-18 month and 18-24 month age groups, as well as following the VA and V awards in the adult classes.

so looks like she won as a young dog and also as an adult

my puppy that had Mega E  , well i notice it when she was 5 weeks and starting on solid  food ,she never  had a problem with milk or water, she went into rescue  at 8 weeks and they used the bailey chair for 6 months and  she got better , she is now 20 months and eats like a normal dog , the specialist vet are going to use her as a study cause they never seen a Mega E as bad of hers  just disapear.  she never got sick like alot of Mega e pups do outside of her  throwing up solid food.  i am not really sure what type of mega e she has , this was the first time i ever seen a mega E pup.

There are obviously varying degrees of ME, I think in Blitz's case it initially started off mild because we did not have any regurg symptoms until he was just over a year, but I have a feeling that the dried dog food we used to feed him over time made the ME worse. If you think about how the food swells  up with water if it is stuck in their esophagus when it swells it is going to stretch that as well.

Getting back to the research at Clemson apparently the Great Dane soceity is proving funding for them to continue research but into ME in Great Danes, it is sad with the popularity of GSD and the apparent high incidence in this breed that funding is not forthcoming. Let's hope that the research in Great Danes helps our babies as well.
