Xeph, Jaggirl, it amazes me that a few misspelled words get you so upset, but someone abusing dogs doesn't bother you.just insane. Why do people have to try and sugar coat this, if looks like shit, if it smells like shit, it must be shit.if you don't know these people and the things they have done, not just now but other things, why are you even commenting. Do you think I'm wrong for not feeling sorry for them, tough, I feel sorry for the dogs, they didn't ask to be put in that situation, if you have problems you ask for help.Where were all of you then, now you want to defend these two.these two homes were trashed, the dogs lived in  disgusting conditions for a long time, it didn't get that way in a couple of days. Why not admit to yourselfs and everyone else and move on . I'm sorry there's no excuse. None.

My problem is the people that want these dogs for breeding, and the way the humane society handled this.

If you want dogs to breed, go buy them. How can they say they rescued, when they are seeking financial gain.

Rescue is a good deed done, without thought of monetary gain.

And if things were so bad before this came to light, how come no one cared about the dogs than.

Dogs are better off where they are than where they were let the courts sort the rest out not the internet.

any breeders concerned by this case........GOOD BE CONCERNED. cos if you kerp dogs like this i hope they get you sooner rather than later...

Indeed.  The dogs should have been removed.  I don't think any sensible person disputes that.

Top Dog, I really don't think you should be making comments about how bad another person is when you have your own skeletons in the closet with breeding and selling. Just saying.

 

A person that "rescues" a dog does not push to profit from that dog.

Better yet Top Dog, remember these comments when you worked to get yourself in the news on this case?

 

Steve Patch, a German shepherd breeder from Middletown, said he has been working with some of the people claiming co-ownership as far away as the Netherlands, Canada, and across the United States.

“The whole community is up in arms,” he said. “And it’s not just here. People are going crazy in Germany and all over Europe, who breed the same dogs that we do and go to the same shows.”

One of the males, he said, a longcoat German shepherd, was No. 5 in his class last year at the German Sieger Show, “the biggest show in the world,” and is worth tens of thousands of dollars.

Four dogs have already been adopted out, including two that were adopted immediately by “people who we knew very well,” Perez said. “They took them right to the vet; they had them examined and bathed.”

Patch, along with friends of Verdeschi, was surprised by how quickly the dogs were adopted out.

“I’ve never heard of a shelter adopting out dogs within two days,” Patch said. “They said the dogs were emaciated, were not healthy. Well if they’re so bad, how do you adopt them out after two days? It just doesn’t make sense.”

No skeleton s in this closet. Yes in the begining I had questions,  since then they have been answered. And please don't throw stones toward me to try and get the attention off you or who ever.You only wish you took care of your dogs a fraction of the way I care for mine.When people like me and others offererd to help you fought us and lied, you like playing games and playing people, you may fool these people on this forum but we know better . I'm sick and tired of all this.Just move on and stop harassing people who once tried to help you.And leave ND alone and her female and puppies.you don't deserve to own dogs.Stop the lies for once in your life.Just go away.And know that the dogs are all safe and extremely happy.End it, or it will get ugly! !!!

 If you even bothered to do the smallest bit of research, you would know I'm not DV and I am not a breeder. I actually own 2 Czech GSD's, one a spayed female, the other a young male. I don't even like show lines. ;)

I mean, hell, I'm on 4 different GSD forums plus a couple of GSD pages on FB. My screen name is the same on every single GSD forum I am on. I believe my real name is even posted on a couple of them.

Let's face it, you like to jump around to try and further yourself based on whatever way the mood goes at that time. You say one thing then contradict yourself in the next post.

This is going through the courts. Not one but 2 judges placed a stay on the shelter for adoptions, yet they ignored the court orders. Enough proof has been shown on ownership for it to go to trial.

As far as the condition of my dogs, they are in fantastic condition. My female is *gasp* 58lbs at 22 1/4". My male is 83lbs and currently 25". He's still growing. Oh my goodness, but I can feel their ribs! I guess that means they are horrible underweight, right? Nope lol. They are actually in perfect condition. My female is getting too big of a butt.
