Adelhaus GSD screwing people, not giving AKC papers ! - Page 4

The longest time any paperwork of any of the dogs I imported took 7 months. It was a puppy out of a Czech female bred to German registry male. The paperwork was lost once and then the breeder got served divorce papers. So he was a little unhappy which kinda slowed down the process.

Unless there is a total lazynes on the side of the seller, someone forgot to sign something, the paperwork should not take that long.
I have imported females in Whelp and the puppies had paperwork by maybe 5 months or so??? And it required to register the female first, then get the ticket based on the amount of puppies from the stud owner, then get the special registry going and also DNA the mother with ACK and tie it all together. There are few here who have done it. It all depends on who is handling the paperwork and who is making the sellers get the shit done! LOL

Maybe Germans take their time.. but then one has to push the issue. A well bred dog without papers is just that. well bred dog without papers.
As the rest of this deal..no comment.

This is my last statement on this matter.  I now understand that it can take some time to get papers.  The point
is I was never told about a  missing signature.!   I'm  not sure if she's just making this up or  not ?   The whole
complaint on my part was her stating I can't  have the AKC papers till I pay her ridiculous amount for gas.
Her business practices for selling dogs is NOT right.  I also was never told I wasn't getting her AKC papers
when I picked her up.  This was NEVER  mentioned to me !!!

For the woman that said she drove the vehicle to the Sieger show and met me.  The only people that had the
conversation was the woman that got out of the vehicle to get Farah, myself and my daughter.  Everyone else
in her vehicle, stayed in the vehicle which was behind mine.

The only time that an amount was discussed was in her email to me the day after I brought the dog home !!!!!

I do hope that everything works out.  And to everyone that made a comment, do not always assume it's the buyer
that did something wrong.  All of your comments are wrong and not warranted.

@ love thy shepherd, my female dog is rommelsbach,  i got my dog from rommelsbach, themselves, as a matter of fact they are on PDB, maybe you could get papers from them msg me, if you want their # their very nice ppl, that all they do is breed they have like 12 GSD'd they live in wittlich Germany.

I noticed you forgot to mention why you breed your dogs so young( hanna).And got to love one of your ads.(one of the many)You have a 3 yr old Bi color  female very protective of your daughter coming in heat soon.You then say her pedigree is not that great.But you can have a litter and make your money right back.
But Adelhaus is not a good breeder.
Oh and for me I love the I forgot my checkbook.Knowing you had to pay for the travel expenses.

I have a signed sale contract for the dog...  Transportation charges are never included in the price of the dog unless it is stated in the contract.. 

Anyway, Donna, you have the original SV annentafel, perhaps you can contact the SV office and ask about the papers...  Obviously, the sale of Farah was not for profit as I purchased her for a much larger amount than she was sold, she was shown at the 2011 USA Sieger Show, and a few other shows - ending with very good results...  I had invested a lot in Farah, and not once did I try to recoup those expenses...I told you the exact reason I was selling her, and it was recently brought to my attention about the signature...

Over the course of 19 years, I have many, many happy people who have my dogs...You are the worst case in all of my involvement in the breed, and I regret the sale of Farah to you..  I would change it in a heartbeat if I could.. I have donated many service dog prospects for the  benefit of others, as well as prospects to K9 and Search and Rescue units...  This is not about money, this is about the principle of perhaps you got in over your head when it came to fulfilling a purchase contract...What would you do in this position, had a client not done the same?  Likely you would have come to this board and warned about selling to that particular person.  My prices reflect my ability to keep highly bred dogs within the range of anyone looking for an excellent dog that may enhance their lives...  My dogs and their wellbeing always takes priority over anything else...

You have emailed me numerous questions regarding Farah, since her purchase, and for the benefit of the dog, I have responded with my answers...  Such as Farah is not eating well, and you wanted to know what my raw diet consisted of, as Farah was not eating well for you....I responded for the benefit of Farah because she has never had any issues with appetite or health... She was a happy, fun-loving dog who loved life...  I do miss her, but she did not fit in with what I was doing with my dogs in the German Shepherd Dog ring...  Her purchase price is lower than what you are asking for her puppies you will likely have in an upcoming litter..  What does that tell you?  What would that tell the people who may purchase her puppies?  Do you kjnow the price of fuel?  You said you could not afford to ship her via the airlines and you could not afford to drive from your house to mine to pick her up...  So, I offered to help by bringing the dog with us to NASS, and you agreed to pay the fuel charges...What was charged was far less than what it would have taken you to pay for airline charges or driving out yourself to get her.... Furthermore, I did not charge 3 weeks boarding to keep Farah here with me until we traveled to NASS...  

I do what I do because I love the German Shepherd Dog breed...  My life has been enhanced by the love and loyalty that my dogs bring me every day...not because they pay any bills...I have a good job and this is what pays my bills...not my dogs...

to respond.  I AM WRITING IN CAPS SO MAYBE THE PEOPLE ON HERE THAT ARE READING THIS WILL TRUELY

SO WHY ISN'T  $175  NOW ENOUGH ?   NOBOLDY SAID THE GAS MONEY AMOUNT WAS EVER INCLUDED.  YOU KEEP BRINGING
UP STUFF THAT WAS NEVER MENTIONED.  I WILL OFFER YOU NOW $175   I FIGURED IT UP AND THIS AMOUNT WILL PAY
YOUR WHOLE GAS BILL TO HAVE MET ME, TO BRING ALL OF YOUR DOGS !!   WHEN I GET HER AKC PAPERS I WILL PAY YOU
THIS AMOUNT.   YOU ALSO FORGOT TO  MENTION  HERE THAT YOU NEVER TOLD ME YOU DIDN'T HAVE HER AKC PAPERS.

I EXPECTED TO GET THEM FROM  YOU WHEN YOU MET ME WITH FARAH.  THIS CONVERSATION GOT WAY OFF TRACK, WHY
I CAME HERE IN THE FIRST PLACE.  WHY DO YOU KEEP AVOIDING THAT ?

If you are both willing to talk why don't you take it to private message.  Airing your laundry in public never goes well.  It makes both parties look bad.  A positive resolution could probably still be made and everyone's ego could still be intact.  But on a public forum everyone wants to weigh in and then the feeling of needing to defend ones self comes into play.  Show you are both reasonable and take it private.
