How long are you waiting for the paers? 

leoetta, gotta love it...doesn't have the registration papers for the bitch yet, but there's already a litter advertised and on the way anyway.  Dash for cash much? 

You don't have AKC papers for the female you bought, but you are advertising puppies for sale out of her for $1,250-$1,500....  Do you really get puppy buyers who are happy to spend that much on a puppy that lacks registration papers?  Do they know?  

I am Christi Wilkins...owner of Adel Haus...  Donna bought Farah for $1200 USD, and yes, she has the SV papers...  I have applied for the AKC Bescheinigung from the SV ..  I purchased the female in January 2011, for $4700 with shipping included...  I received the SV papers in April, 2012 from the second owner listed on the back of the Annentafel..  I submitted for the SV Bescheinigung in October 2012...  There is a missing signature, therefore the SV office is getting one of the ownership transfers recorded and the Bescheinigung will be sent...  

Donna has yet to pay for the shipping charges (as stated on the sale contract) on the female, therefore, the sale contract is not fulfilled...  Donna agreed to pay me fuel charges to meet her on our way to the North American Sieger Show, versus paying $650 in airline fees.. When I asked for reimbursement for the fuel, she said she forgot her checkbook and she would have to send payment the next day...So, I believed her...I have upheld my contract, and the buyer needs to do the same.

Nothing extra is ever paid for a puppy unless a person has purchased a dog on limited registration and they wish to have full registration..  My prices do not change and I do not charge for anything extra with the exception of full registration on my puppies...  My prices are very fair to the buyers...  

I am tired of buyers who get on these boards and always blame the seller.  I am following my signed sale contract (by BOTH parties), therefore, Donna also needs to uphold her end of the contract.  Farah is a very nice female, yet paid less than a puppy price for her.  If she is not able to pay for the transportation charges of the female, why did she end up buying her?  Perhaps the buyers need to be examined a little bit more....

I have been a member for sometime now and normally I just read and learn.And believe me I have learn the good and the bad.But this one I want to comment on.Why would you breed a dog if you don't have the paperwork and then advertise akc reg.? And didn't you have problems before with paperwork on another dog of yours?And you mention this person isn't a reputable breeder.I looked at their site nice looking dogs seems like they are active in shows and Schh.I could be wrong but awhile back weren't you selling all your dogs? what really gets me is you have a litter coming up with Hanna being the dam. Correct me if i'm wrong but isn't she rather young to be breeding?And hows about the hips and elbows rating? I guess your site says it all.We only breed a FEW litters a year.Oh and here you have a female for sale and you say she has to much drive for you but you have been a breed/trainer since 1989?

Christi, the OP should be ashamed. Too bad you sold her a dog. I guess all she wanted was a cheap breeding machine.
