Shakira the 5 year old GSD with HW is out of time.
She is in NC in Tri-County Animal Shelter.

Someone please help her :(

Link to Lady is not working. Its just brings you to pet harbor main page. When copying links from Petharbor, one must look on the left side of the page, above the dogs photo, and it will say "for a shorter link click here". When you click on that link, and the new page comes up, go to your browser and copy the link and paste it into the post. Thankfully, you posted all relevant info :) I have a friend who lives in this area- if she can get some free time (she fosters and volunteers at a sheter in addition to working full time and moderating the DM Support Group) I will see if she can get to the shelter and evaluate.

Heidi is at the shelter picking up the pups. One of the pups which was spayed 2 days ago, has still not been picked up by its adopter. We put our name on her so if they dont come for her, she will not be euthanized, and Heidi will just have to drive back to get her. They wont release her today,as she was suppposedly spoken for, but WHO leaves a spayed pup in a shelter 2 days after it is spayed? IMHO, not a responsible owne,r and she has now been back in the kennel for 2 days lying on the kennel floor in an unsterile environment with her stitches :( UGH!

Lady looks so regal and sad :( She doesn't belong in that place. None of them do, but it looks like she's looking off into the distance, hoping her
people will be just on the horizion....

My friend who volunteers at Hillsboro, where lady is, said Lady has an App on her :) Hopefully it will go through.
