Statesville, N.C. show is next month. You should consider going if possible. Will be quite a few breeders there.
There are a couple of breeders in Atlanta area with titled, breed surveyed dogs.
second the suggestion on Huerta Hof. good folks.

Have you tried http://sequoyah-german-shepherds.com/ ? They're in TN, really really nice, good price, good looking dogs, owner and breeder is a vet.

Toni Brezel , Haus Brezel, in Hendersonville, NC has outstanding dogs and actively titles them. Also vom Nobelos in Hendersonville, NC.
