Hi there, hope the puppies are doing well. . .if it was me i'd be banging the pups back on to their mum. . . last litter i had, both mum and puppies were on amoxicillin for 7 days, from birth. . . absolutely safe for both. . . amoxicillin is tolerated quite well even at large doses.
to help mum with producing milk i would supplement her with the milk substitute you are using for the pups along with a homemade electroylte (google it and use a little more sugar to help with the milk).
P.S if those pups dont suckle soon she'll start to dry up!
Hope all goes well!

 I agree with  dogud///

Let the pups suckle and boost the females diet up with pedialite or anything else you can use..

She will be ok but the pups have to have  mega feedings...and moms milk is best..

but keep supplemental with feeding the babies if they will ,to give mom a little break..

 WhoaH

One minute here:

I was never ever told the dog had milk fevere

THe female had a DEAD puppy inside her and it stayed there causing an infection????
copied
"ake she sick and fever, vet gave her oxycitin the dead puppy come out, it is huge. The problem is vet said the mother cannot feed the puppies "

where does it say the female had MILK FEVER???

I told OP to put the pups back today on this female..she has not got milk fever that I can see..she needs the pups on her or she will have no milkl

Sorry but I do not agree with the VET.. Waiting for where the post is that this female had milk fever.

VET   made a diagnosis and two or three days because Mom didnt feel good was ok but AMOX will not hurt pups.

I already instructed him what to feed and how to do it including  YOGURT or a PRObiotic given to female or and give yogurt now to the pups in a syrnge..
