Please see thread of my GSD ate my Rib eye for ideas for hair - I heard it is low carb......lol

You can use a window squeegy on the furniture and carpet to gather up the hair between vacuuming.  Works really well.  Our old girl shed non stop...couldn't tell when the spring/fall sheds began or ended.  With all the hair I found you would think she would be bald.  So far our new girl doesn't shed near so bad.

It's pretty much a never ending battle, especially with a bitch. A lot also depends on local temps.

You'll get short respites in between the heaviest shedding, but it's just something you have to stay on top of (like said above "vacuum, vacuum, vacuum").

The worst part for me of a bitch in the house is the bleeding when they come into heat.
