i feel so angry and upset over these two dogs,    loyal workmates who put their trust in their fellow officer and their life on the line for him.
its clear he didn't give them a second thought.
now all the bullshit we are reading and all the excuses.

SORRY NOT GOOD ENOUGH

i remember the day well,after the early morning weather forecast warned of very high temperatures for the day we set about putting white sheets all around the kennels and coolers on inside and kept an eye on the dogs all day.
but our dogs always come first

I agree with all of the above, how could this man be inside for 7 hours working when he was supposed to be Clinically Depressed - most people would be off work at home or in hospital if this was the case - Clinical Depression renders you uncapable of working and his bosses should be taken to task for allowing him to be in work that day - they are as much to blame.  I see coffee cups and doughnuts and chit chat - not working on his day off - not the done thing in the POLIS is it to work on your day off - someone must have seen those dogs in that car - or did they all stay in out of the sun that day?????

We all know the majority of policemen and women are good people, but like in all walks of life they have their TRASH and he is one of them - he should LOSE HIS JOB, LOSE HIS PENSION AND BE STRUNG OUT IN THE SUN THIS SUMMER TO GET A TASTE OF HIS OWN MEDICINE.

Surely there is a BATESON TYPE OF PERSON OUT THEIR WHO COULD INVESTIGATE AND REPORT ON THE POLICE IN THIS COUNTRY.

DOG HANDLER MY ASS - no doubt this man has NO conscience - he used a LOOPHOLE to get out of this one - may he rot in hell for what he has done.
