 I'm having problems finding/proving who else could own these dogs WHO DESERVES TO GET THEM BACK. I know Judy Dominguez owns a few, at least. I have a couple other names of people w/breeding agreements. 

Please, people. We don't have a lot of time on this. If you know who else might own or have rights to some of the younger ones through breeding, leases, etc. , speak up ASAP, and maybe a few of these can avoid going through the whole impound/evidence/rescue debacle...as if they haven't been through enough! Email or PM me- you don't have to "out"  yourself if you don't want to. 

I really hate to see a few of these bloodlines diminish further because no one decent can get these dogs but it's better than sending them back to someone so callous as to give them to BSC if they knew what she was like. 

Maggie, Skie and a few others owe this entire board and every dog out there a huge apology for defending this low life POS. No more excuses, whining or claiming you're being picked on or your words twisted. You were wrong and everyone here that knew Janice Bartemess for the sick POS she is and spoke up against her took a load of crap for it.

Jackie, Jenni & Sock, thanks for working on the dogs. I hope some of them can be saved. Let me know what I can do.

Janice was doomed to repeat her cruelty because she never was able to accept any responsibility for the condition of her dogs, not in the least, not one iota.  She blamed everyone in the world  for what happened, except herself of course.     I do believe she really is bat shit crazy.  

There were a few of us who were criticized for not letting up on Janice, but no one was crucified as badly as Sock Puppet was.  I'm not going to name names, but suffice it to say, those who blindly stood up for Janice just because they didn't like Sock Puppet need to take a long, hard look at themselves, and they know damn well who they are, as does everyone else who was around at the time.  Problem is that like Janice, those people never will admit they screwed up. 

I am glad that once again, my friend  Sock Puppet has been vindicated on this message board, though  I'm sorry it took the abuse of an old woman and some dogs for it to happen.  I'm hoping we see more of my buddy, I really miss him.

Time to forget about the self-important passive-aggressive abuse-enabling petit-troll and think about what is necessary to help these dogs.  Jenni, Jackie, seems to me the order of business is as follows:

a) seek a PDB LA area person who can periodically monitor the dogs and report back here as to status;

b) determine what the dogs need to be integrated back into the world and provide whatever financial assistance may be needed toward that end;

c) determine evidentiary status of dogs (I doubt the DA is going to parade a bunch of healthy, well-adjusted dogs in the courtroom six months from now, so hopefully he or she will take pictures/video to prove abusive treatment/poor condition and free the actual dogs for outplacement); and

d) assist in returning dogs to their rightful owners/re-homing those dogs Bartmess owned into appropriate homes.  

What do you gals think? 

This is, in my eyes, about users of this and ALL messageboards waking the hell up. STOP being so goddamn politically correct. STOP trying to stand up for people you don't know just to pick a fight with someone else. STOP looking the other way when others try to stand up for what is right. It's a public board and anyone can defend themselves if necessary, so WHY WHY WHY where Janice's wrongdoings being swept under the rug?! WHY were the people who NEVER let anyone forget what that horrible woman did constantly attacked by others?

Anyone with a lick of sense could see how sick this woman is in any of her posts. She was used as a catalyst for other vendettas on this board, and in the course of it her actions took a backseat in many arguments, some that NEVER should have happened.

Learn from it. A scumbag is a scumbag, plain and simple.
