If breeder said Warranty is transferable. Then warranty IS transferable and the breeder should replace the dog. I personally do not replace resold dogs unless I agree to resale with transfer of my warranty prior to the resale.
That is easy. The breeder is not ethical.
On the other hand. I would keep the dog, love him and remove the undescended testicles at 1 year of age.... He may one day save your life.
