I am still waiting for the face attack..!!!

Why didn't my post show up?

I'm waiting, too. I endured slow satellite internet youtube hell just to see Jeff in a cute hat. I wanted a really nasty scene.

"I have seen/had a couple who were really talked up to be scary. Even the worst one never put a hole in me. It's like they transform magically. I don't get it."  Your words.

As for the rest of what you wrote.............. (like usual)

I do agree that you should apologize to Jeff.
He and I were discussing the training of his dog.
As usual the fleas on this site had to turn it in to something else.

Have I mentioned that I had a seminar with Jimmy Vanhove ? You should have been there, it was so much fun, and I got a ton of video, and met some new people.

Threads get derailed, nothing you can do about it sometimes.

Sorry, didn't have time for a full response before.
Just to clarify, I never said I had any secret, insider Chico info. (It's never been a secret)
That's just your usual, lame interpretation of things.
I also never said I was best friends with Angie either, but, I do actually get out and meet people involved in the dog world. You know, at training sessions and competitions. You? Or, is it just your internet pals that drink your koolade?
Also to clarify, Angie told me about Chico more than two years ago.
Right before I asked Ronnie if he would work the dog when we were up in Madison.
Were you aware that Chico existed then?
Just wondering, have you ever seen him being trained?
Have you ever watched Chico being trialed? (I have)
Was any of this a part of your "careful" breeding, or, are you above all this?

As for your handling of dogs, other than some heeling of Stark around the park near your house, no I haven't. No one else has either............hmmmmm?
As for my handling skills, and "expounding" on them, if we don't know each other, then how would you know about mine? If you're talking about Jean's dog, feel free to tell the story, and, all of yours.

Jeff, sorry about this again. You may want to let Jenni know that not every guy she meets is in love with her.
There is more to it than looks. And yes, others are fed up also.

How did the seminar go?
I have heard some great things about Jimmy, but, have never seen him myself.
He was up here in Chicago a few weeks ago and I wanted to go, but, I was out of town.
It is a different type of training than what I am used to.
It's always good to see different styles, techniques and goals in training.
Are there any videos of obedience?
I would be interested to see what you guys do with this.
It looks like the weather was nice enough that you were wearing shorts.
Wouldn't mind a little of that sunshine myself.
Hopefully all of you had a great time and learned a lot!

It was just nice to have someone decoy that has worked many many dogs. The people I work with are newer to the sport, so to work my dogs most of the time I have to explain what I want done. It is getting better, but it does effect you once you are past ring one.

We had Jimmy talk about how he does OB, and it was good stuff. Mostly distraction stuff a lot earlier, and on exercises that I would not think of using distractions.

As soon as I can, I will have Jimmy back.

Hey Jeff,
Was there a reason Jimmy was working Esko close to the barrier (looked like something cement)? Would it have been so he couldn't pull that way and learn to swing the decoy, but instead learn to push in?

Due to life's natural tendency to get you busy, he was on Jambierres to long and loves to spin them all the way around and come back around into your legs. He has not been on a suit maybe three times before this, so we were getting rid of the stupidity.

Mals never seem to think about much except filling their mouth, Esko finds ways to make a mess. He figured it out when he went to spin and he pinched his nose real good.

The barrier is a place marker turned upside down.

So why would it be bad for the dog to spin the decoy? Wouldn't it keep them off balance and I assume that would be a good thing?...
