There is nothing to describe.
The dog is gone. Whether rehomed or destroyed or died in whelp, Gabi is gone as are the pups.
No one on this board has any legal recourse or leverage to make Molly say or tell what has happened. The only person who can pursue legal action is Shelley.
We all talk about 'resolutions' but there isn't going to be one here on this board. Unless Shelley wins her case in court and Molly is court ordered to turn Gabi or information about Gabi over to Shelley and Shelley announces it here on this board, nothing is going to be 'resolved'.
All that any one on this board can do is be vocal about their opinion on Molly's fitness for her BOI bid and as a business woman.

There is no resolution in what you described.
There is only a bully and the raw exercise of autocratic power and only God knows what else.
I am expressing my opinion on Molly's fitness as a human being with control over a large number of dogs.
She is pretty sure that she can get away with it and do whatever she wants and still keep her guru status with her sycophants.
That may be true for a while, but, secret things have a way of bursting into the light of day when you least expect it.
Joran vander Sloot thought he was free to do as he pleased and would get away with it forever. Now, 5 years later, even his mother has abandoned him. (Not that I am comparing Molly and Joran).
I do believe that something will surface.

How about this, I give you 1800 dollars you personally pay it to Molly you take 2 or 3 pups of the Litter and Gabi, You keep Gabi sell one of the Pups for what you can get and pay me back out of the sale, if it makes less than 1800 dollars thats okay then so be it, thats the deal If you pay Molly 1800 dollars personally she cannot refuse to do the deal, it is nothing to do with her how you get the money just so long as you pay her back yourself so then she can say she has had her day, If she does not agree then she has something very much to hide and then we will see how many side with her

Ah Well
We tried but no takers on the offer not even an email to say yes or no, It was yesterday when i posted the offer and now it is afternoon the next day and Not one person has posted on the subject since and no reply from Shelley which is very poor indeed I guess everyone must think i was joking, Strange when i go to bed the next day there are normally pages added to these threads but not so this time
Well i am finshed trying to get Gabi back to her rightful owner, Possibly the two women have sorted things out without us knowing , Fair play is they have they do not have to say, as it is i guess it really is no one's affair but there own
So here is one Guy who has had enough of it, You can lead a horse to water but you cannot force it to drink
So thats me done on this unfortunate affair, I hope the Old Gabi is in a good home , NOT with Molly, that is not a good home,
Both Women can do what they want too from now on i hope both get there just rewards in the end
And before any wise guy says i told you so, Then Don't bother.

Steve, I too hope this old dog is in a great retirement home as far away as possible from either of these 2, having a blast, and enjoying life to the full. Now that is a pleasing thought.

You sound truly unbiased, Tig... Whatever.
Oh, and shelley the deadbeat nominates you. What a surprise!!! Also, given what the original poster and shelley are offering, it has finally been pubilcly acknowledged that Gabi and the pups are ALIVE!!! So hopefully, no more "Gabi dead???" threads and Pharoah's pointless shit stirring drama... But I wouldn't count on it! ;)
