Jillian, don't feed the troll. Don't ever visit Australia. The people are nuts.

vk4, you canNOT be serious with your highly incendiary remark to Jillian about a small collection of very clean crates in what is obviously a storage room.  I often find you entertaining in your folly, but this time, you're simply offensive. You know so little about dogs that you can't even tell by dogs' demeanor that there's no way they LIVE in crates? Have you ever seen a dog who lived in a crate? I have. They certainly don't act like any of Jillian's dogs! The possession of crates means dogs live in them? Or what was your "pharma" remark (disgusting remark, btw). So, then, by your logic, the possession of a gun means someone is a murderer? Just curious how you can make accusations without having any idea what a person is about and having really no clues to go on, at least, not clues a rational person would see. You're way out of line.

Pet people always have issues with using crates for dogs.  They have no clue how to keep their dogs safe when they are not around. The vets I worked for tried to tell pet people that their dogs are safer in crates when they are not home than they are roaming around the house chewing on electric cords and eating the sofa. Experienced breeders, trainers, show people never questioned the value of a using a crate.

I always included a crate with every dog purchase and a handout explaining why it's smarter to keep Rinnie in a crate if he tends to get into trouble than it is to allow him to have at the house when no one is around to watch him.

Clearly vt's dogs are well loved and well cared for and I am impressed to see multiple dogs living in harmony.

Sriousily VK, Does this have anything to do with Kimber or this thread? According to the TOS "You may not hijack a thread or go completely off topic". This isn't even a little off topic.

It never ceases to amaze me how almost every thread on PDB turns to trash talking BS.

i fully agree, i asked YOU a simple question and YOU gave a simple answer which was appreciatted and clarified the concern.

to me that was the end of it.

please address the folks making multiple off topic posts and making trash talking BS.

vtgsd the video of your dogs was really nice. All black sables romping in the stream. I loved it. I don't know how you can tell them apart though. They used to register GS dogs as black and sable originally.

The video had poor lighting due to being in the woods not all are "black" sables;) I hate using that term, a sable is a sable is a sable:)  They're all very distinctive in looks so I can easily tell them apart:) Color is the least of importance compared to a clear mind, agility/stamina and versatility.

I didn't realize they registered with the use of just sable and black. I thought Hettel in 1907 was in the stud book at Black with Tan markings?
