Well, at least it didn't turn out to be her last meal!
Normally, I would not have chosen McDonalds even for a dog, but I got to say, I was more than a little bit pissed off at American Aiirlines for their treatment of the pup.
Although there was a label on the crate for reccomended food and water, it was quite obvious the girl was given nothing!
She tore the styrophome cup into smitherines trying to get a drink when I got her out of the crate, and the bag of puppy food that was sent along with her, did just that, came along for the ride. Never even opened.
And no, it was not close, so I wanted her to have something to eat before a couple hours to get home.
I figured if McDonalds is good enough for the millions of human patrons that

(As I was saying), if it's good enough for millions of people to "treat" their kids to a burger, what the hell!
And, as far as the "B" word, I guess I better be careful on who and where I say that, but for the next 12 to 15 years, I will be telling everyone.
"MY DOG IS THE BOMB", and, yeah, I'm taking the "bomb" with me, and oh, will you pick "the bomb" up, or drop the bomb off....etc.,etc.,etc.,

Joni, the food is only included in case of emergency delays, layovers, etc. If it's under a certain time from origin to destination, they don't provide them anything. That's standard protocol, not AA being negligent. I'd much rather not have anyone touching my puppy...

I understand that Jenn, and believe me, I also would rarher no one be doing nothing to my dog either, BUT, this little girl was hungry, and dying of thirst.
Her original flight was cancelled, and she spent a little while in that crate, with nothing. I dob't like that for a puppy. I felt terrible for her.
I couldn't get her out of the crate fast enough,I do got to say tho, it effected me, more than her.
She came out after getting the drink, without a care in the world. Truly a nice pup.

Dudette, I was joking. But I did hear that McDonald's makes people irritable. Nice looking pup. Was going to write what Jenni wrote.

You may want to see the documentary "Super size me!"

 Irritable....LMAO

Good luck wth the pup and avoid the golden arches at all costs, even for a dog.

Chaz-I know you was joshing, I know your sense of humor by now.
In fact I was going to suggest we hit the field togeather sometime, and maybe stop for a supersized 'weave' when we were done, at least a few extentions!
