Eldee

Maya's cTLI test was 4.9. That is not clinical EPI but like your vet said, low normal, in the gray area as they like to say. Any number below 2.5 on this test is clinical EPI. However, Maya was displaying all the classic symptoms of EPI so that is how we treated her. Because she is low normal, I can get away with using less enzymes, but the B-12 is critical for her. I can tell when she is due for her shot from me, as her stools become very loose and light brown, her tummy gurgles and she spits up wet burps. That is how I know her B-12 is running low.

sorry for the delay in response.  I have had a a male GSD with EPI and IgA deficiency so can offer some help if these are the issues.

Sorry but none of the kibbles except Royal Canin gastro intestional would be suitable in your dog case.  I looked at all of the ingredients and they are less than acceptable.  Maybe later you could start adding something else to the special above mentioned formula but not now except the digestive enzymes and probiotics.  Good luck with him  Nan
