OFA publishes ALL PASSING hip & elbow results. They won't publish abnormal results unless you initial the box on the app giving them permission to do so, but when it comes to E, G or F they publish them and by signing and submitting you give your permission to do so. In fact they won't grade without your permission to publish any/all passing grades:
http://www.offa.org/pdf/hdappbw.pdf
"...I understand the OFA will release normal hip and/or elbow results for dogs over 24 months to the public, and by submitting this application I agree the OFA may do so. Abnormal hip and/or elbow results will not be released to the public unless the initials of a registered owner appear in the authorization box below. Normal hip results are defined as consensus evaluations of Excellent, Good, or Fair. Abnormal hip results are defined as consensus evaluations of Mild, Moderate, or Severe. For the purpose of determining whether or not the results will be released to the public, consensus hip evaluations of Borderline are considered abnormal. Normal elbow results are defined as a consensus evaluation of Normal. All other elbow consensus evaluations are considered abnormal."
Authorization to Release Abnormal Results
I hereby authorize the OFA to release the results of its radiographic evaluation of the animal described on this application to the public if the results are abnormal_______________ (initials of registered owner).

I see two dogs listed as the progeny of the dogs you listed, that are on this database. One is called "Budha" a male, and the other is called "No Bad Experiences only Good Stories"

Has she also had a litter of pups? Please tell me no.

If I understood right, the above links are of the mother and father of her dog. Her dog then is No Bad Experiences who has no offspring registered on PDB though her belly shape suggests she gave birth to puppies. Anyway from what I learned from the PDB guys with decent knowledge her parents data is not very encouraging to have a puppy from, her father was less than a year old when she was born, while this may be accepted by a private owner it is in no way accepted from a professional breeder, I beg your pardone OP for saying that, I might be wrong and I'm not very experienced, that is only a piece of info for learning purpose only, that is if it's correct.

Darla:
I will catch flack for this but so be it. All the love in the world at this point from your description won,t increase her quality of life 1 iota. With the alergies and hip issues things will only get worse, yes you can medicate and prolong the existance but please try to step back for a moment and look at the situation here. Unless you are very well off at what point is medication going to be to financially a burden too expensive to deal with? I,m sure you love this dog it goes with out saying but if you truly love the dog you have to look past your own feelings and do what is in the best intrest of the dog in the long run.
Good luck and my thoughts are with you.
