since i am such a young breeder i truley believe she should let me have the pup. i love black dogs.

The photo was taken at night which makes any kind of assessment rather challenging, but from what I can tell he looks like a nice looking dog. How tall is he and how much does he weigh? Maybe you could post a photo of him stacked, taken in the daylight and ask for critiques. Some on this board are very knowledgable and good. Please keep in mind that there is NO perfect dog out there.
As for his temperment issues, have you consulted a professional to find out what you can do to help solve the issues? One thing to keep in mind is that dogs are very intuitive and can sense negative feelings towards them. It is clear that you are not happy with this dog, so this could possibly contributing towards the temperament problems. I wish you the best with this pup.

Funny how gucci is allowed to keep picking at me while my post defending my self has been deleted! I was asked by GSD to drop it but gucci continues to bait and taunt me! Don't you think what is good for the goose is good for the gander or is this just another biased form of moderation? She can keep picking at me yet I am deleted for defending myself?!? That's just BS! I also sent GSD a PM regarding this post and nothing was done! Biased BS again!

JMO, but I don't think gucci has an agenda. Just good dogs and putting her finances where here mouth is and what she believes in.
