Oh in answer to your title question - absolutely NO

 This article is nothing but a plea for people not to break away from SV and for Working GSD to get stronger, which evetually is bound to happen. Look at the pathetic Protection result at ULM this year majority dogs failed. Just shameless!!!!

Javir placed V54 - not high enough by a long shot. 'Course maybe it's all relative - back in 2000, another fellow, Camp vom Muhlteich, was entered in both the BSP (placed 13th) and the BSZS (V109). 109 to 54 - slow progress but perhaps progress of sorts?
